HOY, CUANDO DE NUEVO EL ESTADO DE SITIO Y LA REPRESIóN GENERALIZADA SE ABATEN SOBRE LOS CHILENOS, Y SIN QUE ELLO SIGNIFIQUE IDENTIFICARNOS O APOYAR INCONDICIONALMENTE TODOS LOS ACTOS QUE SE REALIZAN EN CHILE, SI DEBEMOS MANIFESTAR QUE LA CAUSA PRINCIPAL DE LA VIOLENCIA EN CHILE ES LA DICTADURA Y LA CERRADA E IRRACIONAL NEGATIVA DE LOS PRINCIPALES GOBERNANTES CHILENOS AL DIáLOGO Y A LA PUESTA EN MARCHA DE UN PROCESO QUE CONDUZCA RáPIDAMENTE AL RESTABLECIMIENTO PACÍFICO DE LA DEMOCRACIA. Demanen a l'Alcalde , si li sembla pertinent, que en faci menció durant la seva intervenció, perque temen que la difussió de la notícia sigui molt limitada. Ha dit el Sr. Jordi Borja que li semblava que, tractan-se d'un barri de forta inmigració, era millor fer el discurs en castellà. No obstant, seria bo potser fer algun tros en català. En aquest sentit, el Col.legi de Periodistes de Catalunya ha enviat un telegrama de condol i solidaritat al Col.legi de Periodistes de Xile, a la Junta del qual pertanyia el periodista José Carrasco, i ha tramés també. sengles telegrames a l'Ambaixada xilena a Madrid i al Consolat xilé de Barcelona tot condemnant enérgicament aquest assassinat i fent vots pel restabliment de la democràcia a Xile. -.
