I al mateix temps un centre comercial vital, innovador, creador de riquesa. Aquestes característiques de la Rambla, que volem que siguin les de Barcelona, defineixen molt bE.S. el que tamb s Catalunya. Un país integrador, no excloent, innovador i al mateix temps fidel al seu passat. Crec que l'agermanament entre les Rambles de Barcelona, Girona, Lleida i Tarragona pot ser molt valuos per a mantenir i potenciar les cualitats de les nostres rambles, de les nostres ciutats, del nostre país. La imprescindible perquè el conjunt de la ciutat desenvolupi tot el seu potencial creatiu, tant a Barcelona, com a Girona, Lleida i Tarragona. La promoció dels valors d'urbanitat que sintetitzen La Rambla es un important pas cap a aquest objectiu.
